Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

  • We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of the date your order was placed. Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging. Returned item(s) must be in new, clean, unused and sellable condition (just as you received them). Damaged, dirty, or used item(s) will not be accepted for return and no refund will be issued. Returned item(s) received beyond our stated return period will not be accepted.
  • If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. In efforts to expedite your request, please be sure your message includes your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and your reason for wanting to return the item(s).
  • Please Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Customers are responsible to send back the returned item(s). will not provide return labels. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

  • We are happy to set up exchanges for other items that we sell within 30 days of the original order. Please note that any return shipping costs are the customers’ responsibility, and all exchanges are charged a $10 re-shipment fee in addition to any difference in product cost.

Shipping Policy

  • We do our best to ship all orders in 2 – 3 business days. Please note that orders placed on non-business days (Sat., Sun. and holidays) will not be processed until the next regular business day (M – F). If you have questions about the status of your order, please contact us. All orders are shipped via UPS ground from New York State. Depending on the location of your shipping address, UPS takes 1 to 5 business days to deliver your order. **Please note we cannot ship to PO Boxes; UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
  • Please note: We do not ship signature required, however, once UPS takes possession of the package, the UPS driver decides whether or not to leave the package if no one is available to accept it. If your package has to be re-shipped for any reason, ALL re-shipments are sent signature required (no exceptions).
  • UPS delivered my package late or to an incorrect address:
    Bumper Bully contracts with a third party shipping vendor (UPS) to deliver your package. As such Bumper Bully can only guarantee that your order will be ready for shipment and given to UPS for delivery. We cannot guarantee the date UPS will deliver your package. Certain circumstances such as weather or address issues can delay the arrival of your package. We will be happy to work with you and UPS to resolve any delays that occur, however, Bumper Bully cannot refund any part of your order as a result of shipping delays, customers’ mistakes in the address provided, or incorrect deliveries by UPS.
  • No customer pick up available:
    Customer pick up is strictly prohibited (no exceptions).
  • International shipping (outside of the United States):
    We only ship within the contiguous United States. We do not ship internationally.
